1. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all courses actually run, High Ropes Adventure reserves the right to cancel in the event of thunderstorms, high winds, extreme weather conditions, or in the interest of safety.   In any of these events, as much notice as possible will be given and clients will be offered the following options:- a full refund of course fees, or another course on a different date.  We regret that our liability does not extend beyond this.

  2. I understand that even under the safest conditions a ropes course has a number of inherent risks and hazards that are beyond the control of High Ropes Adventure and its staff. I agree to personally assume this risk.  I understand that every care and attention will be given to the health and safety of the participants, but that High Ropes Adventure and its staff cannot be held liable for any injuries or illness sustained which were not directly caused by there failure to take due care.

  3. I also understand that ropes course activities may be physically, mentally and/or emotionally demanding. I understand that I should be free of any mental, medical and/or physical conditions that may create undue risk to myself or others who may depend on me.  If in doubt I will seek medical advice prior to my participation in the ropes course session.  In the unlikely event of a serious accident occurring to me I have no objection to first aid being given by a qualified first aider.
