Linwood Warren Booking Conditions & Agreement

I will accept full responsibility, for the welfare of the site, whilst I am the user.

I agree to settle my account prior to the camp.

I agree to carry out a risk assessment, to ensure that the site and buildings meet the requirements & safety needs of my group.

I will ensure that everyone using the ropes course has filled in an individual booking form, and will send these to High Ropes Adventure.

Please do not let your group trespass on the golf course, it is private land, it is also dangerous!

No vehicles on camping area

Do not let your group climb on or over the wire fence to the west of the camp site.

No trees may be cut down, even if DEAD. PLEASE do not allow anyone to take the bark of silver birch trees; it kills them!

No smoking or naked lights in any of the buildings.

No food or drink in the bunk house.

All smoke alarms are checked before each booking, a charge of £10.00 will be made for any smoke alarm damaged or tampered with.

All fire extinguishers are checked before each booking, a charge of £35.00 + cleaning costs, will be made for any fire extinguishers that are damaged or tampered with.

Silence between 11pm & 7am.  It is dangerous to use the ropes course when tired; you & your group needs sleep!

Damage must be reported as soon as it occurs. A charge may be made, depending upon the nature of damage. If damage is not reported, a bill will be sent for repair or replacement.

Linwood Warren is a NO smoking site, if you do need to smoke please do so only in the main car park, & extinguish cigarettes in sand buckets provided.

Please do not burn rubbish on camp fire. Please leave clean & tidy, all cleaning at Linwood is done by volunteers.

We do at times have problems with MOSQUITOES, please ensure all your group brings with them, insect repellent, antihistamine cream & / or antihistamine tablets.  Or see your doctor / pharmacist for advice.
