On arrival you'll be meeted and greeted, harnessed up, given a full safety briefing and will go round the practice course. Once completed you will then do the course above the practice course. This is a ropes course of 7 elements between trees at about 12 feet high.

This is a higher ropes course for ages 11+ after which you will the go on to the zip wire, trapeze and the tower & rings. The course will take about two hours for 8 people.
